Designing your wedding cake is a once in a life time experience.
Using my expertise I want to help create a hassle free, seamless journey from concept to realisation. I want to create elegant wedding cakes that are the centrepiece of your reception and leave your guests in awe and taste amazing in the process.
Step 1 -
It all starts by you getting in touch! Then we can dive into looking at the details you have already planned. Have you chosen your venue? designed your invites? maybe discussed your venue styling and floral influence? Your wedding dress can be of significant design inspiration when putting together concepts for your cake. I am happy for you to share with me Pinterest boards, images of inspiration or let me guide you through some suggestions if you don't know where to begin.
Step 2 -
Armed with this information I will sketch out proposals and ideas for us to get together and explore, through any communications that's convenient for you. Zoom consultations are a popular choice so we can discuss face to face the details that can sometimes get missed. Alternatively email and mobile communications is perfect too.
Step 3-
So many of my past clients have commented on their enjoyment in receiving their Taster box. Each box contains six popular slices of cake, made up of three layers of sponge and generously filled with my signature Swiss meringue buttercream and luxury centres. They come beautifully presented and can be enjoyed in the comfort of your own home. I consider these to be an essential part of your wedding cake journey and lets face it, what better excuse to enjoy cake!
Step 4 -
Once your flavours and design has been established a final quotation will be emailed to you. This will include all final details of the set up and delivery.
With only a limited number of orders undertaken it is crucial that you secure your wedding date with a 30% deposit payment. The balance will be due three weeks prior to your wedding date.
Once your date is secured you can sit back and enjoy the rest of your wedding plans. If you wish to make any changes or tweaks this can be done up to three months prior to the wedding date. Otherwise your design is in good hands.

With my account management background, it comes natural to me to liaise seamlessly with your chosen suppliers such as florists and venue stylists. I will co-ordinate the details surrounding the final delivery and presentation of your cake so that it meets the vision we have both set out to achieve. Leaving you time to concentrate on enjoying your journey with your closest people.
