Lets talk cake
Its so important that my wedding cakes not only look good but taste amazing too. To ensure complete consistency and quality from ordering your Taster box to your first slice of wedding cake, I work with a trusted and longstanding bakery. This ensures you receive the most light and moist sponge of delicious flavours, every time. All my cakes are then filled with my homemade signature Swiss meringue buttercream, made with real butter and fresh free range eggs. I use rich fruit conserves and love to make my homemade lemon curd and salted caramel. My Belgian chocolate ganache is made with the best Callebaut Belgian chocolate and heavy dairy cream. These are just some of the delicious ingredients I incorporate into my designs to make your cakes truly memorable.
All of my wedding cakes are produced in an environment where gluten, nuts, milk and eggs are present. Therefore I cannot guarantee they will be 100% free from. Please let me know at the time of ordering if you have any allergies that I need to be aware of.
Each wedding cake will feature three evenly cut layers of sponge, sandwiched together with two generous layers of a filling.
Each tier will stand at least 5 inches tall and is coated with an indulgent layer of Belgian white chocolate ganache before its final desired covering.
